Having traveled the world and sold fine Canadian wines, Nicolas Malboeuf was fascinated by the passion and diversity of the expanding world of craft beer. After business events, Nicolas and other vendors, winemakers and promoters gathered around delicious pints of cold beers. Winemakers would tell him, "It takes a lot of good beers to make great wines." So Nicolas decides he wants to be the one who creates this great beer - a refreshing, lighter type beer.

Tuque de Broue is based in Eastern Ontario. Our main beer is called Tuque Dorée, for its light golden color. This Canadian Pale Ale is brewed with top quality malts, American hops and our special selection of yeasts. This beer is inspired by long summer days spent working outdoors. Designed to be light and refreshing, Tuque Dorée is a beer for beer lovers. And you can count on the fact that the second is as refreshing as the first!
